      Pros

      Overall everyone in the company is a delight to work with. Everyone embodies the company values and executes their work at a high level. Pros: - Supportive & Collaborative Culture - Strong Leadership Team - Opportunities for growth - Engaging work and talented colleagues - Positive work environment I'd say overall, morale is strong and on the rise. The company as a whole is filled with folks who take enormous pride in what they do and motivated to succeed.

      Cons

      As with any organization, there have been periods of change as the real estate market can be unpredictable.

      Pros

      The team is very connected and believes in collaboration. Everyone is instantly treated like part of the family which is absolutely great. The current office is located very conveniently and easily accessible by car or transit and the new office is in even a better spot.

      Cons

      We are outgrowing the office space, but we will be moving to our new space within the next few months
