Pros

Overall everyone in the company is a delight to work with. Everyone embodies the company values and executes their work at a high level. Pros: - Supportive & Collaborative Culture - Strong Leadership Team - Opportunities for growth - Engaging work and talented colleagues - Positive work environment I'd say overall, morale is strong and on the rise. The company as a whole is filled with folks who take enormous pride in what they do and motivated to succeed.

Cons

As with any organization, there have been periods of change as the real estate market can be unpredictable.

Pros

Great opportunities if you are starting off your career. I do not recommend staying here more than 12 months.

Cons

They over promise and really under deliver. Your role and responsibilities will be very general, this is done on purpose so they can get you to do pretty much anything and everything they ask. The workload will be a lot, be prepared to work late and not be compensated for it. Pay will be not reflect the amount of work you do, you will most likely be under paid. Benefits are basic, No RRSP matching. 2 weeks vacation for almost all employees. Office is stale and has no life.
