Not so bad as engineer, rest of the roles seems not so good thought.

Pros
Good environment to learn, so many chance to fix things up. Works very flexible.
Cons
A lot of technical debt. Seems not many experience people or tech savvie person.. Even if someone want to improve something, products come first, No senior manager can defend the engineering decision.. Tech stack so bad no standard between engineering team.. Just imagine 1 million user with monilith database. It's just waiting to explode FFS. HR so bad and sucks at my year. many rules not applied, BPJS not paid during my tenure. until I leave is this even legal. Many HR comes and go. Maybe HR leadership so bad. can't blame individual. Working device sucks, I got very old laptop from 2015 I think. Seems tech don't get proper budget..
