Lack of clarity on the state of the company -- hardly any all-hands or transparency from CEO or leadership. Push back from some members of leadership on process changes or improvements. Feels like the mentality is "we've always done it this way, we're going to keep doing it this way". There are so many steps for trying to accomplish a simple task. There doesn't seem to be a focus on efficiency or process. Time zone can be difficult if you're working in the NAM region. Felt like meetings were only focused on producing numbers, not professional or team growth, rather a tone of disappointment and and no positive reinforcement to encourage team members. Often times felt like being yelled at by a parent. Communication is not great - last minute mandatory trainings that pop up without warning, lack of calendar courtesy, everything feels last minute and immediate.
