Absolutely no work life balance. Feels as if we are "living to work" not "working to live" Day starts typically from 8.30 AM and stretches till 1 AM. You have no life. No specific timings for different regions, you are just working till you are awake. It's very difficult to continue for a longer term if the management doesn't fix work hours. Talking about "mental health" is one thing but "actually following it" is important. There are team meetings from 8.30 AM till 1AM, they inform us about meeting at any time at night and its a mandate to be present. You should be a robot in order to work here. Most of the people from BD are energy drained. Had very high expectations but Airmeet is failing us.

Hi There, I am really sorry to hear that you feel that way, I understand we are a global company and may require odd working hours to collaborate with folks and meet sales quota. But we are extremely flexible and encourage employees to manage time efficiently. I have coached a lot of folks to manage time efficiently and they never had to overwork and I am practicing the same philosophy at Airmeet. I can assure a lot of high performing members of the BD team manage time efficiently and also deliver great results. Pros

Solid product with room to grow. Flexible PTO policy. A lot of opportunity to implement processes and help to develop a fast-growing startup. Genuine care and support from some members of leadership. Despite timezone differences there is always someone to help support customers and internal teams.

Cons

Lack of clarity on the state of the company -- hardly any all-hands or transparency from CEO or leadership. Push back from some members of leadership on process changes or improvements. Feels like the mentality is "we've always done it this way, we're going to keep doing it this way". There are so many steps for trying to accomplish a simple task. There doesn't seem to be a focus on efficiency or process. Time zone can be difficult if you're working in the NAM region. Felt like meetings were only focused on producing numbers, not professional or team growth, rather a tone of disappointment and and no positive reinforcement to encourage team members. Often times felt like being yelled at by a parent. Communication is not great - last minute mandatory trainings that pop up without warning, lack of calendar courtesy, everything feels last minute and immediate.
