      Pros

      You'll make good friends when you all have negative experiences.

      Cons

      There are reviews here that are not reflective of the work environment and have been created by to make things look nicer than they seem. It is a shame because people joining the organization will be subject to these issues and it is not worth the amount of distress that has been engrained into the culture of the company. - no matter how great they say it is or how they try to make it look, you can be assured it is a façade. I can only imagine if you had the ability to reach out to previous employees, you would be able to get an understanding of why they would not recommend to work for this organisation.

      Pros

      Agilyx allows for a great work life balance. It enables us to take personal time when required. Agilyx management really appear to care about their staff and encourage them where possible to have down time.

      Cons

      There are probably many. An important part to improve would be Culture. This has really been lacking since Covid and there may not be ways to redeem it unless we return to the office.

      Pros

      I would say Agilyx New Zealand is one of the best firm I have worked till date. They gave me opportunity to get me in to Salesforce space and let me build my skillset. What I liked about Agilyx was the learning opportunity they give to people. And I really enjoyed working with my Boss from Canada he is super awesome and trust his team to do the job. What more you can ask for right. My other managers from New Zealand were super nice too. They let me work from home gave me the flexibility to make my working experience super great. Also, I would say I had the privilege to work among great Salesforce talent in the NZ office.
