      * Generally healthy and peaceful work culture * Considerate and approachable management/leadership group * Multi-disciplinary collaboration * Flexible work hours * Decent work-life balance * Recognition and growth opportunities in terms of responsibilities within the company are fine

      * Salaries on offer are below market standards, increases in responsibilities and pay are not proportionate * Zero additional benefits * Unusual and rigid policies that remain the same regardless of the feedback from employees * Tedious and demanding interview process that may not necessarily result in picking good candidates * Background of individuals in the leadership group is not diverse => opinions and work of employees in certain domains are under-appreciated though they are essential for the company * Mediocre computational resources and infrastructure

      They postpone/stop/cut your payments for no reason, will fire people randomly without any notice

      Random payment cuts/delays, they will fire people randomly, will not pay you what is mentioned in the offer letter after a couple of months, fully in-person/on-site job. Office is in remote location and forced to stay up till 9PM won't recommend it especially due to girls safety, very difficult to get any cab/rickshaw after 7pm
