Pay competitive with other entry-level small management consultancies Lots of opportunities if you can win work at 45%+ EBIT Small cadre of inspirational managers

Cons

Low morale Working alongside engineers at permanent threat of redundancy Work-life balance With one exception, management lacked competence to establish the business and brand Management at CEO and CEO-1 level are all (not) learning on the job Lack of vision, strategy and direction has created a messy confused and fearful workplace and staff Talent recognition Lack of support for many staff

Pros

Great people and excellent reputation in the australian market from the Evans and Peck days. Competitive pay but personalities and politics play too big a part in career progression which is ok if you play that game but unrewarding if you don't.

Cons

The relationship and value driven E&P model has finished at advisian. It doesn't work in the commodified worleyparsons world. Others are doing it better without the corporate handcuffs. Increasingly seen as a great place to have worked rather than a good place to work.

Big company, international, if you can make it to manager you can sit pretty and watch everyone else work

Cons

well the management have no idea, lots of internal politics, have lost most of their rain makers and young talent
