Pros

Remote positions Headquarters in CEST time zone.

Cons

I really liked working for the company, it was satisfying , the processes were well designed. The problems started to arise once the company announced hiring freeze. Since then, there was always pushing for doing more, faster and the resources like QA engineers were limited even further. If you're read the rest of the reviews you already know what happened. So it's not even a matter if that's a good company or bad, but rather if you can trust them? They're not going to grow anytime soon. If you join now, you cannot be sure if you're not going to be reduced next month. Even if you won't the rest of the people can (or they'll leave by themselves), and you'll have only more work and more responsibilities. At the same time, the product itself is really buggy.

Pros

Lot of smart and kind people, product with a great potential, some really caring to make things better. Huge customer portfolio, experienced sales team.

Cons

It is crazy how this company got spoiled by the senior management. I could observe all phases, from chaotic and misguided scaling until the sudden layoffs and apparently entering a phase of slow and painful agony. Never seen such an incompetence, irresponsibility and toxic people walking among C-level and not getting addressed by investors. The company got to the the point where it is by constantly following command and control management style, micromanagement and making decisions using poor judgement of VP/C-level wanna-be domain experts, gut feeling and authority instead of data and experience of the employees - the company is basically rolling back to the scale that can be managed in such a dummy way, it might help balance sheet in a short term but won't fix the app, provide better support or healthier culture. The way they handled layoffs, that made many people surprised and upset, is just another example of poor communication and lack of empathy. Avoid that workplace at all cost and don't let fake shares or any mighty benefits lure you.
