Based on the pros, I can see that the HR of the company is trying their best to make the company attractive to work for. I was looking forward to contributing to what I thought was a promising, fast growing startup.
However, the internal processes are absolutely horrific. There are no systems or workflows to speak of, documents are scattered across different cloud platforms in various folders. New processes are implemented with no scalability in mind. This is not the usual "oh it's kind of messy because we are growing" situation.
Some departments are openly hostile to others and somehow get away with it. Some managers communicate in a toxic way, speaking to subordinates with vulgarities when they are unhappy with them.
People in higher level positions are unqualified for their roles and do not have the required knowledge, are unable to execute their functions, nor manage their team properly. The result? The department operates like a Frankenstein mish mash of random decisions made.
Hours upon hours spent in unplanned meetings with no agenda, no resolution.
Business model itself doesn't make sense. It looks like nobody did basic calculations to substantiate their decisions. I don't see how this company is going to survive, much less succeed, with this business model.
