We take pride in providing our employees with consistent employment and stability. Regarding management awareness, our leadership teams maintain close connections to daily operations. ATR uses a proprietary platform that has been developed and refined over more than 20 years, along with the support of our Operations Support Specialists (OSS). Together, these tools provide ongoing metrics and visibility into workflows across facilities. This enables us to establish fair and realistic benchmarks that are grounded in decades of hands-on experience and facility insights, rather than arbitrary expectations.
