The current performance of the organization is a matter of concern, primarily attributed to the leadership. The General Manager's decision-making has raised doubts about his capability, as evidenced by the departure of all senior managers within the past year. While the Operations Manager displays considerable dedication, it is apparent that he bears a substantial burden due to the General Manager's heavy reliance on him. Furthermore, the organisation's technological infrastructure is lacking, with outdated systems in place and a limited number of individuals possessing the necessary operational knowledge of the laboratory. These few individuals find themselves overburdened and facing significant pressure. It is regrettable to note that, despite these challenges, the employees themselves are indeed commendable and amiable.
