Pros
Dedicated staff of real estate and property management professionals who focus on providing a complete real estate solution for owner clients in the management and/or acquisition of real property and seeing that said investments are protected with quality tenant occupants.
Cons
Being a small independent firm means that it can be more difficult to stand out as all the large real estate companies are trying to flounder their way into the property management business. While AAM has an extensive history in executive rental management the marketing of said services can be hard to compete with the big boys.
