Pros

Checks in regularly to make sure things are going well at the site location and that the employer is adhering to the agreed upon terms of the contract. Offers to provide certification for continued learning with online courses that may help in the role in which I've been placed. Patient with questions and requests for help with early stages of getting to know processes of things such as timecards, etc. My manager, specifically, has been such a kind person to work with and he has really trusted me to show up and do the job without micromanaging my days. To feel trusted to be intelligent and self-motivated has been an empowering and pleasant experience.

Cons

Benefits are astronomical to the point of being laughable, however, I do believe this is by design so that we may be eligible for subsidies for the ACA, which ends up making health insurance affordable.

Pros

For context, I work at the First American - Idaho Falls Site -Management is very supportive of employees and encourages CSR (Customer Service Reps) to apply for leadership positions when they open up -Pay is regular, haven’t missed a check yet -5 sick days a year and there are 2 personal days and accumulating vacation time. -401k matching -Health, Dental and Vision insurance options -You can take time off to do Charity work -Regular hours (only occasional mandatory overtime which is paid at time and a half) -On night shift (my own shift)

Cons

Due to working at the client site there are a few problems -The client’s top brass only see numbers and do not care for logistical situations that may interrupt workflow -Whether or not we are able to work optional overtime is dependent on the client -We are at the mercy of the client as to whether we can hire more people, regardless of our workload -all in all client bureaucracy is the problem

Pros

I wish I could share some good, but I have noting good to say about this company. All I have to say is that they don't keep promise.

Cons

There are some many cons about this company. The first one is that my Director who I will not name promise me a job and never came through. I was set-up. Very cheap company when it comes to there employees. Health Insurance was terrible. They never took care of there employees were worked hard for different sites and my director had no clue about the site he was in charge of. They also lose accounts all of the time.

Pros

ARO is a great company to work for. It has several benefits that employees can take advantage of, like charity leave and health insurance . Managers can easily be reached whenever you have issues or concerns and understands situations and concerns of their employees.

Cons

Salary and no Registered Retirement Savings Plan offered. On going training for employee improvement should take place in order to maximize the talented and loyal employees they already have.

Pros

Honestly it's tough to think of any. Paid holidays I guess (although you will get that almost anywhere you work full-time).

Cons

You basically have to do anything the client asks you to do regardless if it's part of your job description or not. During slow periods we got farmed out throughout the business to do totally unrelated tasks. Had to work some occasional odd hours because the client requested it. Health insurance is outrageously expensive! Even an individual health plan is barely affordable. If you have a family and need health insurance, forget about having any money left over for yourself. They will lie to get you in the door.

Pros

Great fit for independent, responsible, professional, intelligent candidates. This company does a great job of supporting quality employees with praise, paid personal/sick/vacation days, health insurance/dental/vision options, even insurance for your domestic animal, employee of the month $100 gift cards, paid time for volunteerism

Cons

May not have floater available to cover extended days off
