Pros

For context, I work at the First American - Idaho Falls Site -Management is very supportive of employees and encourages CSR (Customer Service Reps) to apply for leadership positions when they open up -Pay is regular, haven’t missed a check yet -5 sick days a year and there are 2 personal days and accumulating vacation time. -401k matching -Health, Dental and Vision insurance options -You can take time off to do Charity work -Regular hours (only occasional mandatory overtime which is paid at time and a half) -On night shift (my own shift)

Cons

Due to working at the client site there are a few problems -The client’s top brass only see numbers and do not care for logistical situations that may interrupt workflow -Whether or not we are able to work optional overtime is dependent on the client -We are at the mercy of the client as to whether we can hire more people, regardless of our workload -all in all client bureaucracy is the problem

Pros

Welcoming environment and a good camaraderie with each site you visit. Very lenient management that are willing to work with you and get any issues resolved. Learn so much more than what is on the job subscription.

Cons

Mundane and a lot of downtime in certain sites, the unecessary gossip and attitudes at certain campus stores for a client-not to mention struggling management. Limited help, as an SSG I notice when you are there to support, there is an assumption you will just do the client's job as well. The job isn't hard, it's people who make it hard.
