Boss and his wife are nice people believe in Buddhisum. 100% health insurance You can learn a lot from this job.
Cons
Boss and his wife are horrible leaders. This is their management style"I'm not an expert in this, but I think you are wrong." No matter what your job title is, you are obligagted to help in the warehouse. Lots of overtime meetings without overtime pay. 3 day PTO I got laidoff during my pregnancy because of the company's "financial hardship". No 401k
