Pros
- I had the chance to meet (some) great people.
Cons
- It's a family business. The key positions are held by the family members who are unqualified to satisfy the minimum requirements of decision makers. - False promises: Steep learning curve, impactful projects and innovation are just used to convince you to join that company. You will find yourself dealing with people who are unable to deal with the simplest tasks. They don't invest in their HR neither their hardware. Laptops with unlicensed microsoft (cracked versions) which is disgraceful for a company working with large scale companies for consulting. - Unstable environment: People are getting fired without prior notice. This happened multiple times whether from the Swiss or Tunisian team. In Acredius, everyone is new. It's not about how much you are qualified, decent or rigorous in your job. It's about how the 'board' i.e the family is happy with your behavior with them not your deliverables. - Low salaries: Cheap qualified (even not) labor model. - No professional progress: Lack of seniority, poor management and mentorship.
