Consistently identifies staff weaknesses and mistakes, while continuously implementing new policies that seem designed to make your worst fears a reality.
Cons
Without an HR team, you'll be directly judged and evaluated by the director. The new software, created by him, is ineffective and will likely complicate your workflow rather than improve it.
