      Pushy sales techniques The company clearly abuses a government funded scheme designed to help those gain vocational training. No vocational course is worth $20k.

      Managers disorganised making training outside of work hours early in the morning, unpaid then cancelling last minute with no update.

      Free coffee, flexible working conditions, chilled working environment.

      Cons

      Constantly looking over your shoulder for the next round of redundancies to happen. Grew too fast and wrong people in management to be able to drive growth. Purchased businesses they knew nothing about, thinking they would get rich quickly and made the people who did know about the business and industry redundant in a reactive decision to cut costs. Poor staff moral due to this.
