Worst sales culture EVER

Pros

"Partnering" with better companies than they are.

Cons

Not true partnerships, Horrible sales culture of major micro management, Verbally abusive leadership, Boiler room mentality, Pushy partnerships, Implementation problems, Employee retention problems, Privileged mentality encouraged, Big Ego's, Emotional CEO, Over worked international team, Undervalued international team, Worst comp plan design ever created, False sense of career advancement, Unethical recruiting lies. The list goes on and on.

Pros

There is no pros you could get here. You are basically getting inside hell where it will be difficult for you to get out.

Cons

Zero career growth and zero technical learning You will be grinding the same thing forever with same steps forever No new technology learning. Their product is much worse and more than 10 years far behind current generation cloud dialer platforms. Zero work culture and environment. Zero work life balance. You re literally forced to sacrifice your personal life. Bad work environment. No proper hike. Bad reviews provides by managers. No encouragement or appreciations. Egoistic management people. No understanding or consideration you could ever expect from here. You can expect that you will get zero help from your peers when you are stuck with any issue in implementation. Within your first month you will hear words from certain mangers like they will skin you ad teach you how to work. Zero friendly peers and management people. Degrading people on their own standard Within a year you will come to know how worse your choise was in choos in to join this company

used to be few , nothing now.

Cons

going through an extremely turbulent times - management doesnt like feedback and live in echo chamber ; right from executive leadership to lower levels major major attrition problem ; common answer given by all who leave the company - BAD CULTURE & BAD DISRESPECTFUL LEADERSHIP esp CRO. esp all this at a time the future of the company is questionable / arguably shaky !
