Pros

There are none to share here.

Cons

Pay is terrible. Directors are terrible. HR is terrible and of no help to anyone. Training is beyond terrible and the onboarding process is ATROCIOUS. Benefits keep rising in cost and going down in what you receive. Even vacation benefits have tanked. Acosta likes to spend their money on their CEOs, VPs, and leaves their real reps in the dust with no real compensation. You can’t hide quality reps at $12 an hour and expect great results. You get what you hire. Management is so out of touch with reality too. Especially the regional managers and the Directors. Since leaving last year, I have now realized my worth and wish I had left sooner.

Decent Job

Pros

Ability to travel to different stores Trainings you can put in your toolbox & will benefit you down the road such as Neilson device trainings, Clobotics, Pensa) Potential to earn bonuses especially during holiday or peak seasons Mileage pay Benefits for both PT/FT employees that are reasonable If you relocate (and there is an opening in your new area) the job is portable Issued a company device (its limited for company service order use only & you can’t call or message) so you don’t have to use your own phone Decent wage to start (but you have to ask) You have some degree of autonomy with your schedule Stable international company

Cons

You are not paid by the hour but instead paid by the service order. It isn’t a position where, when you begin your day you get $15 per hour until you finish your day). There is a lot of micromanagement and not enough training - I really think that after working alone for a few weeks there should be an availability to have a Q & A session with a seasoned coworker or management etc. I once worked for a company that had the best training I have ever received and then once that was done they had this help forum setup in Teams where you could ask a fellow employee questions you need answers to on the fly or if something came up they could guide or give advice. This would work perfect in this company.

Pros

Hybrid Work schedule works well.

Cons

CEO that has to surround himself with people he worked with at Coke. Horrible judge of character. Local management is odd, poorly prepared, under-educated and immature. Reps are under-paid to the market and vs. competition. Lack of transparency in client reporting.
