Pay is not fair for lower level employees. This company has too many high level VP's, etc. and doesn't recognize the "peons" who do a lot of the work. If you aren't out selling, you're not important.
I have been with the company for 6 months and was amazed how well my trainers championed my assimilation into my role. The company is client-focused yet makes a point of educating and informing the team on any changes that are happening. I am so happy to be part of Acosta Group!
Everyone I've worked with has been amazing. They are all willing to help out if needed. The company offers a hybrid work environment. They are also willing to work with you if something happens. The work/life balance is good.
Cons
Pay raises do not happen often. The pay is below market value for my area. I love my job but I'll have to see how long I can keep affording things without any raises.
