Pros

Good monthly commissions if can squeeze out the ever shifting goals. Weekly pay.

Cons

They will wait until up to halfway into the month once they see how you’re trending to set your goals. They want you working and on call seven days a week. The unlimited PTO is a bit of a scam. They are very reluctant to give you time off. There is very little work life balance. Be aware that the mileage rate that they pay at is far less than the going rate. The market is oversaturated, and some of the metrics and KPI‘s are out of line. They make you wait three months before they will give you benefits. They want you to wear company shirts, but they make you pay for them out of your own pocket. They track your every move throughout the day down to the second.

Pros

Bonuses and benefits for full-time employees

Cons

Forced to work 45-50+ hours a week, while only paid for 40 (salary), most shifts were 11 hours long and had to work 5 days a week. Upper management micromanages to the extreme
