      You will get new challenges everyday. So new opportunities to learn.

      1) Should go for one project at a time rather then multiple projects to Employee. 2) Difficult to maintain work Life balance

      no work life balance .

      Cons

      worst environment, no work life balance, no proper care of employees, can't pay you enough even for extra time, no proper leave management. chairman and co founder does not know how to respect employees, in the end will blame on employees even mistake doen my chairman and founder. senior are worst. no proper respect for girls and chairman will be peeking on girls with camera
