Pros
The only positive aspect of working with ACE is the flexible scheduling.
Cons
Terrible pay, no benefits of any kind, high turn over among employees, amateur management and poor communication among staff. If you are well educated, don't waste your time working here. You could make more money anywhere. Working with ACE is basically McDonald's for the educated. Last, you will wait at least a month for your first paycheck.
