Where to even start? The management is an absolute joke - very unprofessional and I would go as far as calling them bullies. They have a group of favourites (who have been with the company longer and they treat everyone else like salves: Calling their team "ret*ards" or "stupid", raising their voice at these individuals, when they do not even allow the person to explain the situation. The culture is really bad too, they cultivate a robotic culture, encouraging long work hours 9am-9pm. they expect you to come to office even during snow days (even though you're perfectly capable of delivering the same work from home, using your laptop), they prohibit team building event and so on and so forth. Except the few favourites, almost every single person at Accuen has a miserable time, and almost every single one of them have been verbally abused by one of the senior managers!
