Pros

The care level for clients is very high. When serious concerns or issues are raised by staff, managers generally listen and respond appropriately Generally a positive staff team

Cons

Staff feel underappreciated, especially those who go above and beyond and do not get thanked, just expected to do it again in the future Smaller issues are not always listened to and addressed

Some nice staff work here!!!

Cons

The Management do not appreciate the good staff that work here, they expect you to go above and beyond , with no appreciation, the pay is terrible, the shifts are long with no breaks , and they frequently change your shifts to longer ones without even asking you. They constantly ring you , on your days off to cover shifts. Do not expect any kind of home life , working for this company !!!
