      Pros

      Friendly and inclusive work environment with a professional, diverse culture. The company works with strong tech clients, offering plenty of learning opportunities. As long as you deliver on what you’re hired to do, you’re given a good level of autonomy and flexibility.

      Cons

      The salary structure can feel inconsistent, with freshers sometimes earning more than experienced employees. Night shifts are required without any additional night shift allowance. The office environment is quite dull, with limited engagement activities that usually happen only during festivals, a few times a year. Job security is a concern, as employees may be let go immediately if a client removes them from a project, with no option to be reassigned internally. Additionally, there is no work-from-home policy.
