      A revolving door of employees so the job was available when I needed one.

      Cons

      Family owned in all the worst ways. Toxic and ridiculous business management. Probably the worst place I have ever worked.

      Pros

      The is not many pros I can think of. The one being that there is so little expertise in the organization, that it is not hard to look smart in comparison.

      Cons

      Nobody stays long at Abra as it is a family run business with the patriarch calling all the shots and the family of lemmings going right along. Sane outsiders don't last.
