      The worst person to work with - A toxic boss, although I don’t know how anyone can stand to be working with. Micromanagement Weak HR and Policies are changes based on the situation and other measures Management has to change their way of thinking Minimum social insurance No overtime compensation No praise for hard work/effort Efforts are ignored every time Bad salary with Minimum benefits
