Pros

Helps individuals with disabilities in the area- is a wonderful resource. They director is a kind man doing his best.

Cons

Unorganized management- Micro-management- in a manner of disrespect from certain supervisors to the point it caused anxiety causing me to resign. Clicky- if you don't fit in you are out of luck. Felt discriminated against, like I was under a micro-scope- approached for appearing unhappy, bizarre behavior, when I was just being myself.

Pros

Working with developmental disabilities and helping children and adults

Cons

Low pay and no respect for people who have tons of education and care a lot about the participants there in the program. Arbitration agreement which throws away your right to take them to court to hold them accountable for discrimination, wage theft, or any other illegal thing they do. They don’t care and they will sell the kids off to the agricultural department or some other place for sub-minimum wage
