      Pros

      Great opportunities are coming as the company is growing. If your desire is to know and learn more about OMS and CMS platforms, you can learn it here. Uses Agile SDLC.

      Cons

      The project stakeholders are the owners, and they are very involved with the day-to-day development activities. Because they do not have an IT background, their expectations are unrealistic, and will not budge on them.

      There are absolutely none, I promise you.

      Cons

      Terrible, brainless management - soulless, toxic place. STAY AWAY. This is not an INNOVATIVE company (like some of these reviews here say) - what a JOKE. The clients are the most random companies because no real company you've actually heard of would EVER use their products/services. Companies that don't care about growing and haven't heard of Facebook yet would hire this company. Innovation was never part of the business model. Everyone is miserable. On a good day the office morale is depressing - on a bad day, which are most days, it can even be vitriolic. You will be disgusted by this place - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You will be working for FOOLS and you will rue the day you even glanced at a job opening.

      Family First Company with Many Career Opportunities

      Ability provides a work atmosphere that is tolerant, relaxed and the company owner lives by a family first attitude.

      Cons

      The parking at the office site is sometimes difficult.
