Interview
I interviewed with both the president and the VP of marketing. Both women are well spoken and give off a more casual air. The interview was very relaxed and more of a discussion about marketing philosophies, as well as past experience. The thing most noted about this interview is how quickly it went along. I applied online and was invited for an in-person interview for the following week. From the time I applied, to the time I was given an offer from HR it was a total of 2 weeks long.

Comprehensive and informative. Met with several people. Given an informative description of the various types of customers and the work that needs to be accomplished. Introduced to the ideals and goals of the company. Given complete benefit information and provide the ability to ask HR questions and questions about employee work needs, etc.
