      Heavy workloads, not competitive salary!

      Overworked!!! undervalued, underpaid (annual bonus is more of a myth, as you never get it, or only get a small bit) Very disorganised company, the managers are always changing direction of what they are doing. No actual support to employees. Free food or a gift in the office doesn't actually help someone going through a tough time i'm afraid that doesn't count as supporting 'mental health'

A big focus for us this year is bringing more clarity to roles, responsibilities and priorities, so everyone has a clearer understanding of what's expected.       Nice office and monthly voucher code

      Cons

      Constantly overworked with little thanks. Not a good place to work if you want a healthy work-life balance. Prepare to get a lot of messages out of hours and be expected to do work in the evenings (outside of working hours), as workloads are really big Wouldn't recommend working here if you value your own mental health and personal time
