      Pros

      My co-workers were amazing not so much with upper management

      Cons

      Over worked, not appreciated, lied too on multiple occasions and a negative workplace environment. I would highly not recommend this position to anyone. I have gotten harassed on multiple occasions in the work place. Most people don’t last 12 months.

      Some coworkers were supportive and shared a sense of camaraderie.

      Cons

      1. Management sets unrealistic expectations with little to no guidance or training. 2. Leadership replies heavily on reprimanding rather than coaching or constructive feedback. 3. No regard for work-life balance- long hours and high demands are expected without recognition. 4. Yelling, micromanaging and blame culture were frequent and unprofessional leaving to emotional breakdowns at work. 5. Very limited opportunities for growth or open communication unless you were a favorite of upper management. 6. Asked for help with a situation and was told to consult ChatGPT because my question was a waist of time.

      Upper management is a mess. No one left knows the testing or confirmatory testing which leads to the QA guy being an idiot.
