Even during high-pressure projects, the mutual respect and strong camaraderie among team members make overcoming complex technical challenges a rewarding collective achievement. The leadership also trusts the team, providing the autonomy needed to excel.

With the fast-paced nature of our operations and rapid company growth, processes can sometimes shift quickly, requiring high adaptability. Communication across different regional teams can occasionally be a challenge, though it is nothing that a proactive team cannot resolve.

Weak management support leads to operational inefficiencies

Weak managerial support: while the manager appears supportive during 1:1 discussions, that support is often absent in practice. In public forums, they tend to align with senior management or leadership during unfair reprimands, even in cases where actions were taken based on their own guidance. The team also operates without clear standard procedures, senior management demonstrates a highly micromanaging approach, frequently shifting accountability for managerial gaps onto the execution team. There is also a noticeable pattern of excessive deference toward senior stakeholders, contrasted with a harsh and reprimanding attitude toward direct reports and junior employees. The senior management does not ensure adequate backup or delegation during their periods of absence. As a result, operational delays and unintended errors often occur due to a lack of managerial availability or decision-making support. However, when such situations arise, accountability is publicly shifted to the execution team rather than being addressed at the managerial or process level. There is also a tendency to focus disproportionately on execution-level accountability in front of business stakeholders instead of addressing the underlying process gaps, operational inefficiencies, or growing exceptions within the workflow. When employees raise concerns regarding weak policies, unclear processes, or operational shortcomings, the discussion is often redirected toward the individual’s productivity, attitude, or cultural alignment rather than objectively evaluating the validity of the concerns raised.
