Pros
Absolutely none, all broken promises
Cons
This company is run by men who consider themselves “good ole boys” from Georgia. However, these guys are really just disorganized bs artists. They will make all kinds of promises but they will never follow through. I was hired to work for one of their clients without being told the business relationship was deteriorating. I tried to get onboarded for weeks until I got a pink slip instead (the week before Christmas). Job didn’t even last 90 days.

Very family oriented. Lots of long tenured employees make for very respected company.
Cons
Can be very clique-ish. May need to review pay scale as it trails many market leaders
