Pros
Great people, great technology, great projects. Flexible telecommuting, mainly because I worked with global teams.
Cons
I'm in Northern California, and unless you're in Sales or network support, there's limited growth opportunities as they have not hired to expand in this are for maybe 8-10 years.

Can offer multiple career opportunities as you're only limited by the efforts you put forward. Very good benefits including product discounts.
Cons
Don't focus too much on negativity - Every company has negatives and your manager will determine the impact of your negativity. Remember this is an extremely large organization and you can easily get lost in the shuffle.
