Pros

Initially salary but hikes are in low single digits and bonus is also not so great compared to other similar companies.

Cons

The management hires only Telugu speaking candidates and they don't promote anyone in bangalore or Kannadigas to the post of Director. The whole cybersecurity team is micromanaged and they hire people with language bias so that there is no backlash against the management. In Bengaluru the locals Kannadigas are hired only for junior jobs and all seniors is given to telugu speaking candidates. They also always talk in telugu making it difficult for integration.

Poor Upper Level Management

Pros

Generally good benefits like PTO and 401(k)

Cons

The culture is quite negative right now. Lots of teams putting in a lot of effort in spite of upper level leaders. The complete refusal from leadership to try to "rally the troops" or inspire any sense of confidence or morale is very odd. The message is deal with it or leave.
