1. Lacking in internal processes. 2. Politics 3. Not using any CRM to track the proposals shared with client. Sale has to maintain his/her axcel to track all prospects.
Poor Infrastructure, Not Much Educated People in manufacturing & Testing Unit. Salary is very low Just 7000-10000₹ for testing people even if you have Engineering Degree
