      Repetitive work for low pay

      Pros

      Large company, staff discounts are pretty reasonable

      Cons

      Split shifts (could be a positive depending). Low pay. Bad relationship between warehouse staff and the main office. Since the introduction of automated picking the job is very repetitive and hard on the body with all the standing in one place.
