      - Get involve in all aspect of the software - Have a real and direct view of your jobs impact - customer contact - large panel of diversification inside the company - quick evolution in your panel of work

      Cons

      - constant overtime - very exhaustiveness - no compensation - low salary with almost no increase

      Pros

      Relative freedom to get things done... it can be good, it can be bad, it's all up to you... Apart of the management, great young and friendly development team. Work across several departments: - Embedded - Hardware - Software Interesting job

      Cons

      Poor transparency. You have to learn everything by yourself but we started to provide trainings and guidance Complexity of the product Technical debt, but me and my team worked damn hard to kill it =] However hard to move on another stack of technology =/ Burnout, a lot of pressure, a lot of overnight work Bigot management
