The pay was decent. That was about it.
Cons
This company has an environment where they demean and mistreat their employees. Maximum work in, frankly, unsafe conditions for many hours on end. Don't take the carrot on the stick: once you fly out there you'll quickly realize it was the worst mistake of your career.
