      Pros

      Awesome vision! Small close-knit group, open to suggestions from employees, very transparent, great working relationship with clients, a fun place to work with great people. Armature is a software professional services company that is on the way to becoming a product company. Some really bright people work here to develop the future of quality management systems.

      Cons

      Still working to become a true product company. A great company that isn't well known outside of the accreditation space. Poised for tremendous growth, but a lot of flux right now.

      Pros

      Kitchen full of unhealthy food, plenty of empty cubes to select your space to sit.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to know how to treat employees. Hard work is only noticed when playing the political game The work hours are long (8 hours work day is a myth), no work-life balance. No transparency, always pushed for putting more hours to meet the targets. No growth opportunities, you are stuck at the same position for several years. One person company, you job is safe as long as the person admires you or you are a secret informer.

      Be aware that this review is both dishonest and misleading. ARMATURE has never paid for a review. We encourage our employees to post their honest experiences to Glassdoor for the benefit of potential team members. We go out of our way to notice and recognize hard work. There are very few office politics and a true open door policy, including to the CEO. Our entire management team is comprised of individuals who have been promoted through the ranks of the company. Some individuals work more than 8 hours a day, but it is because they believe in the company and wish to get ahead. If you are self-motivated and work hard, you will find an abundance of opportunity at ARMATURE.

      Pros

      Only A players work here whether it is the services team or the product. team. Held to high standards when it comes to performance and coding skills. Open office, open door policy, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of healthy options like fruits, yogurt, breakfast bars, kind bars, nuts and the list goes on... and some unhealthy options like candy(which is the first to go) and chips. Learning is encouraged. Management is supportive and has a transparent approach to everything. Weekly staff meetings to get everybody on the same page when it comes to goals, sales activities or other initiatives. Dev sessions are held once a week to introduce new technologies or share dev tricks. Feedback is given immediately whether it is positive or negative so you don't have to wait till the end of the year to know how you did. Opportunities are available for people who show initiative and are willing to raise the bar. Several senior staff members earned and grew into the positions.

      Cons

      B and C players are not going to make it in here. People who don't want to learn, are arrogant, incompetent and have no humility are quickly weeded out. People who are not used to taking constructive criticism may feel disgruntled. It is a small company so successes and failures are magnified so some people can stand out more than others.
