I cannot forget that one time where we booked a client and when she came, the manager told her she wasn't on the list. First of all it wasn't even his job to do that, second the client was really booked that day! The client threw a fit and all the manager said was "Really Miss, you to go now." It was so embarrassing!

Terrible Leadership, Micromanagement. They say they promote Luxury when all the promote is a hostile work environment. High turnover. High focus on upselling and not building relationships with the clients only concerned about money and not client's feelings. Also you will be asked to do front desk work. Pulling files, calling and texting clients prior to all appointments, and getting credit card information.
