Training/ workload/ breaks/ horrible place to work! Someone I started with (a techs wife) quit and I ended up having to do too much in less than 3 weeks training

Poor-acting management staff. They can be very petty and treat you like a number on their list, simply for being unable to work any of your shifts. Terrible workplace environment No work-life balance. Changing your roster to ensure you don't get much time to yourself and are unable to make plans. Will avoid giving you the requested time you need off work unless you submit a request 2-4 weeks in advance. (They will be petty if you give them just a few days notice) Changes your roster to suit their needs, even when they give you shifts in places far outside the city or your normal working area. No penalty rates, just a low, constant flat-rate.
