Glad to work with friendly colleagues.
Cons
Bad working experience, Marked by inadequate management, especially the top level. The working style of the upper management was highly unprofessional, characterized by excessive micromanagement and not trust the employee at all. The leaders at the highest level exhibited inappropriate behavior, including engaging in verbal harassment.

Pros
Overall, all is good. Of course, sometimes having different ways to do things are normal. Big boss involvement in production, for me, is great as he would know issues faced by the team & could ensure the team meet deadline

Not much (at least in my dept.)
