      you will be given a chance to work with well known architects and high rise buildings

      Cons

      they have a lot of policy, rules that will eventually dismiss their employees. feels like management is containing everybody, but then they are really doing the bad habits. hopefully they will not exempt theirselves..

      Pros

      Company is like a family. They treat you well and all employees gets along well.

      Cons

      Salary does not add up to the work load given to the employee. Tends to maximize one employee by giving her the workload of other employee who resigns. Blurry lines with regards to work life balance. They will still contact you beyond your working hours / working days. Which for me is kind of stressful since we also have a life outside our work.
