      Mig Managers don’t even know how to do Mig files

      Work from home, and that’s it.

      Cons

      - Managers with only MIG experience is being promoted as MIG managers. They don’t even know how to calculate IRB or give me an answer for priority - adjusters are doing 2x more pending than the industry norm - managers are not being held accountable for their actions, trash talking about other managers - the manager who is responsible for drafting the procedure guide for AB doesn’t even know how to handle AB and always say they will get back to us and never does.
