Pros
Competitive compensation, hybrid work mode, management on the Polish-side. Work-life balance is important.
Cons
Lack of KUP tax break. Technological and cultural debt, lack of vision and leadership on German side. ATH is just a support team - body lease, progression paths may be blocked. Don't expect anything fancy, be prepare to pay for team dinners. Team integration on company time is not allowed.
