      Pros

      Staff members within each department are nice. Nice location close to cafes Good for an entry starter

      Cons

      If I could keep a register at my time here at AGS there have been at least 4 receptionists that quit, 10 to 15 client services and paraplanners, many junior advisors. Reason is due to lack of career progression and poor salary. Management turning a blind eye to issues

      Pros

      Good group of planners around the country however lack of management experience is evident in managing such a large organisation.

      Cons

      Massive turnover, there is a reason why all you change over staff so much. Senior management do not listen nor have the business acumen to lead effectively.

      Pros

      Progressive fast moving company, plenty of opportunity if you are good enough to grab it. High level of advisor knowledge and peer collaboration. Client focused advice, supported with weekly educational support and management structures, fostering a strong diverse culture. Equal opportunity employer, advisors ranging in age from 20 to 60. One stop shop for all financial needs, great for client synergies. Great self education support policies.

      Cons

      No money wasted on flashy offices here, could be viewed as a Pro for prospective clients.
